What is fixdesk?

fixdesk is a repair management with which it is extremly simple to manage repairs, estimates, RMAs, invoices, customers and much more. fixdesk offers many additional features for which you would otherwise need additional systems. Just try it yourself for 14 days and then decide for yourself!

How can I test fixdesk?

Just click on register and fill out the form. We will then send you an email with further information. fixdesk can be tested 14 days for free. After the trial you can decide if you want to use fixdesk or not.

After the 14 days trial you can choose between Starter, Pro & Expert. A comparison of all the plans can you find here.

Can I cancel my subscription ?

If you do not want to use fixdesk anymore, you can cancel monthly. Just click on Profile - Cancel subscription.

Can I down or upgrade my account?

You can upgrade your account at any time. If you want to downgrade all features which are not in the new plan are getting disabled. All data & settings will be remained.

How can I pay at fixdesk?

It can be paid by credit card, Giropay or SOFORTÜberweisung. After the first payment, further payments are automatically collected by SEPA direct debit. In the case of credit card payments, further payments will be collected via the credit card.
