If you do not want to use fixdesk anymore, you can cancel monthly. Just click on Profile - Cancel subscription.
You can upgrade your account at any time. If you want to downgrade all features which are not in the new plan are getting disabled. All data & settings will be remained.
It can be paid by credit card, Giropay or SOFORTÜberweisung. After the first payment, further payments are automatically collected by SEPA direct debit. In the case of credit card payments, further payments will be collected via the credit card.
